Exchange Policy:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a wig that is destroyed, the wrong order, or the wrong size (too small or too big), we offer a 30-day exchange policy.
How to Request an Exchange:
1. Email Us: Send an email to LiraLuxe.com@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include Photo Proof: Attach clear photos of the issue (damaged wig, wrong order, sizing problem).
3. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Important Notes:
No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason.
Exchange Validity: Exchanges will only be processed if the request is made within 30 days of receipt and includes valid photo proof.
Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
