Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Glue-less wigs are processed within 1 business day, while custom wigs and custom-coloured glue-less wigs take 5 business days to process.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery to Canada and the US takes 4 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges within 30 days for wigs that are damaged, the wrong order, or the wrong size. Please email us at LiraLuxe.com@gmail.com with photo proof to initiate an exchange.

Intellectual Property
